Do you think it would help to put on side bunks? How tight are your straps?

You have keel rollers which should keep you centered

What was on there before it may need more or stronger as its to heavy ?

Most of the easy to get bunk brackets they sell around here are very light duty compared to what comes from a trailer builder

you bunks look way to short, put 12" self centering roller on the last bracket on the trailer, i have two on the bigger boat last and 2nd to last, and it centers perfectly, available champion trailers, slidel, la. they have the real stuff for trailers. and great to deal with. have used them many times.

Guides help position the rear of the boat but they don't come into play until the boat is nearly half way on the trailer so they of little help getting the keel squarely on the rollers. Another factor is that the bottom of the hull is nearly flat so there is nothing to help locate the boat laterally. The problem here is more related to the boat than the trailer. There are a couple of things to try. 1) back in deeper and float the boat on the trailer rather than driving on. Pull out part way and reposition the bow as required. This may require getting wet but it beats being frustrated. 2) Try a slightly shallower drive-on retrieve so the keel hits the rollers. This may not work well at a shallow ramp were the boat angle and trailer angles are vastly different. I once owned a similar rig that presented similar problems. I sold the trailer and bought a Shorelander roller trailer. The roller setup gets the bow centered so the rest of the retrieval was a snap. It's not necessary to back into the water as far with a roller trailer either. I realize that doesn't solve your problem. Just food for thought.

The keel roller in the middle of the trailer is not right. That looks like a bow roller.

On the rear cross member suggest 2 12" V rollers. On the center cross member a self centering 12" as shown above.

The guides should not flex that much. When the boat is centered, the guides should be 1-2" away from hull. Close to the hull but not touching.

When you launch, find out how far your trailer is in the water when the stern just starts to float. Use your tires/fenders as a guide. This is the "sweet spot"

On retrieve, dunk to that spot. If need be, winch the boat on.

i have two of the ones, itexas, showed. far worth more they they cost. the reason i have to is because i launch on a shallow ramp and a deep ramp. on the shallow the bow hits the last roller, on the deep it hits the second roller.
