Can I use this Lower Unit for V6 Evinrude?

Have a V6 1990 Johnson 150 with no lower unit. I have located 2 very cheap lower units local but I dont know what they came from. Both are 20" shaft (What I need) one is PN 324409 the other is PN 330259 D2
They look pretty much the same. I think they are 90 degree V6 lowers as they have 15 spline output shafts.

Does anyone know what years these lowers came from? and if they are compatable for my engine? I cant seem to find anything under the part numbers.

googled 'omc 324409' and saw it's 1970s and so that one is not compatible. don't know about the other.
