Can I use leftover fuel mixed with Ringfree or Quickleen in my truck?

I have a 50 hp 4-Stroke Yamaha, and whenever there's some fuel left at the end of a trip I just pour it in my Titan's tank. If I treat the outboard fuel with Ringfree or Quickleen, will be it safe for my truck as well?

It will make no difference, just run it.
