Im having stalling and wont restart for 15 minutes problem, but ONLY while either idling in neutral, or idling in gear (trolling/fishing) boat will not stall if i pick up rpms slightly (which makes boat too fast to fish with) thanks jamesKnechtel..

before you go swapping parts, do some troubleshooting.

what is the fuel pressure?

what RPM are you idling at?

if you turned the idle down to troll, you may need to drop pitch to get idle back up

mechanical fuel pump feeding the VST either works or it doesnt. check pressures. however if it runs at higher RPM's your problem is most likely vapor lock, so changing pumps wont help

The low pressure manual pump has to be working. It doesn't feed the engine directly. Check over your VST carefully. Do you have any fuel in the clear line? Check the diaphragm in the top of the VST those disintegrate. Have you measured the pressure from the VST?
