Can I change a johnson 9,9 to a 15 hp?

I would like to get a few more hp out of my Johnson Outboard. The model 9,9 looks just like the 15 hp model and the weight is just about the same. Is there a possibility to change it to a 15 hp?

yes it is possible.<br />need a manifold,carb.mabey reeds and prop.<br />corm <br /><br />BTW if you troll don't do it.
