can anyone tell me what year model this old johnson is?

hi just picked up this old girl and mananged to start it via pull start it breifly,got the starter working and now it floods out just wondering if anyone knows what hp and model it is and what the hi and lo jets should be set at?
oh and the proper mix of oil I should run? the numbers are RX-10c serial 346284 any help would be great thanks

RX-10 is a 1962 28hp Johnson

points .020,plugs .030. carb slow 1 1/2, high 3/4 from lightly seated and then adjust to obtain best running.im not 100 percent sure weather its 40:1 or 50:1 fuel mix.

sorry sir,one more question if you can;when cooling where is the water coming out from after it comes up through the impeller?I have looked but cant seem to see where of the housing it comes from I see the exhaust ports on the back of the leg but no hose for the **** water?

The port on the backside of the midsection is the indicator.

Mix 24:1 gasil and use TCW-3 oil. That motor won't pee a steady stream like modern motors. You will see water spraying/dribbling out the exhaust relief port if it's pumping properly.

thanks wow 24;1 rich huh well I have it running and cooling but after a bit the carb starts to spit gas out of the front I have taken it apart and cleaned it well with carb cleaner,I noticed the float is tin is there any carb kits still around for a motor this old? thanks
