Can anyone identify these leaks?

Hi there
Apologies in advance as I can’t seem to find the “technical” topic. Hope i can be excused. Anyways, can anyone help identify these leaks?

Oil has been leaking after every trip (past 3 trips) there seems to be lots of oil residue under the hood and sitting on the bottom of the cowl. Could it be possible that water sloshing with residue causing it to leak onto the bracket/mount? I just professionally serviced the engine after sitting for 10 years. Can’t be a leaky carburetor as it got fully rebuilt. Anything I’m missing here?

Swivel steering shaft (whatever it’s called)
Looks like it’s leaking grease. I took out chunks of old residue around the “outer” shaft and might’ve damaged the seal during the process. Is this possible? Now I notice grease is oozing out. Not immediately but after I got home from my trip. Is this an easy fix? Or is this normal?

I have 0 knowledge about outboard motors as this is my first boat. Runs great! I’d really like to get some input before taking it to the shop. FYI it’s a 2 stroke Johnson outboard. Thanks for your help!

The upper “leak” is spent fuel leaking out of carbs when you tilt the motor up. Some leak more than others but it’s perfectly normal

The grease down below is perfectly normal as well.

Some wipe off the excess after greasing. Others, myself included, like to leave excess in place as a first line defense against washout

May want to consider going to Evinrude or Yamaha marine “blue” grease in the future for that application. Much more tacky. Will not wash out as easy

^^^ correct. The fuel that comes out of the carbs will evaporate away. The oil remains. I grease the shaft but don't use to much so it don't do that as badly. "just enough" sometimes it's to much and that happens....
