My 1992 Suzuki DT85 keeps blowing CDI units - my engineer has given up - can anyone help.<br />The diagnostic tool shows a fault with the wiring loom, but when you check the loom it seems fine.

Hi mate, have you checked CDI and Ignition coils are earthed properly, also make sure the remote start switch is not creating resistance in the run posistion.How long did your last CDI unit last? Hope this is of some use. Splasher
