Why don't you just do a nexus search for the info you are looking for? Or are you just trying to start rumors. When its available, they will tell us. Until then, they will keep it quiet so they can sell their existing inventory.<br /><br />Why is it you always "heard something", then come here with little or no info, just rumors?<br /><br />What are YOUR sources, and what are they telling you??

no need to be testy I have heard from dealers, people at bombardier, and people who are in the loop I dont think there is a need to name names is there I wanted to know if someone on this board (and there are some very knowledgabel people) was able to shed some light on these lower hp di products from Mercury I know that they are coming to market with a new 250 4 stroke and are going to push thier 30hp's this year ( partly because of the problems and fines they have suffered not meeting thier epa credits)so I wondered if what I had heard was in fact true

miloman,<br />Sorry, but I haven't been here for a few days. Try www.trailerboats.com then go to message boards, then go to the marine propulsion section and look for lower HP 2S Optimax motors.

mike you the man thaks confirmed what I have been hearing you know of any specs on the mercury 250 4 stroke
