cam pin

looking at picking up a 50hp chrysler viking dont know the year but the cam pin is broken is this a easy or hard fix I dont know much about boat motors so just trying to judge the fix, I am mechanically savy so the work wouldnt be the hard part more less parts etc im conserned about.

I guess we need to know what part you are calling a "cam pin".

But aside from that, if the motor isn't running, I wouldn't give them $20 for it.
Way too many thing that can be wrong with it.
Parts are expensive, if you can find them.
