9.9 evinrude E10reir 1991. throttle cam and screw assy. Any one familiar with that part?? Part of mine is broken off and to replace it I am not sure how to take off the old part. Does it just snap in place? I am having the carbs cleaned and want to replace that part before I put the carbs back on. Was having trouble bogging down at full throttle and thought it was dirty carbs but after finding that part broken off it could off been that to cause it to bog down.
