Sorry for the general post here, but... Bondo did you receive my recent e-mail? Since I didn't hear back from you yet, I thought I might be able to get your attention here! Thanks again for the wiring harness you sent. Did you receive my check? Let me know! <br /><br />While I'm at it, I may as well post a question. The alternator on my 2003 5.7 liter Mercruiser crate engine has already stopped working. I have a couple of Marine Alternators laying around from other small block Mercruiser engines. If the pulley set up is the same, (serpentine belt), and the wiring plugs are the same, can I safely assume they are interchangable? In other words, stock units generally put out the same amperage don't they?
