I've never fished for muskie before but I DO plan on CATCHING one this summer!

Lowell what the guys at the Muskie club do is, they put their biggest fish as

their # on the back of the jersey. My biggest is a 46 1/2" but I think I'll wait till

I get one over 50". Yes a lot of my Muskie baits are as big as hockey sticks, LOL.

Here I thought someone was gettn Musky fever. Temps are just about right.

OhioLowell.. Alum Creek is loaded with them gators. Biggest for me last year was a 46 with a nice girth.

I fish alot for muskys. ClearFork is another great spring area to try. Put the big sticks away for now. Use smaller lures in 5-10 foot of water.

Coves are great this time of year at Alum. As you can see i am Southern Ohio Ridgerunner..

Believe it or not yes.as if ya did not know..lol..

It does not compare to the gators I fish for in Minnessota at the homestead on Leach Lake. Have been catching more here in Ohio then up North.

You coming up this year Barlow. My out house needs re-painting--d

I'm actually headed to Clear fork this June. I hope to land my first then. We'll be at Mohican state forest for a few days and I've already told my wife plan on me being gone for at least one whole day...lol

..as I recall..I think you better get ahold of "queer eye for the straight guy" on the paint thing... the lake association might not like the 'improvements' I'd make to the old gas chamber .. d

Didn't think it was legal yet...June 5th in Minnesota..All year here in Ohio. All I can say is 10'' chubs on a drift this time of year..
Got to quit coming here gettn the itch to buy more lures8)

Yea .. I nearly had an 'episode' around the begining of the month - came to my senses when I noticed my arms were full .. nearly got me again.

...will be adding a few 6" Dead or Alive's, though.

I live here in Brown county not too far from you. I'm gonna hit Clear Frok pretty hard this summer. I've heard that Rockie Fork is stocked with skies as well. (not the numbers that you mention though) Ceaser's Creek also is stocked.

Maybe some time we can get together and drown some chubs!

No worries! I always travel with a tourniquite (sp)!!lol

I've had to try to cut trebble hooks out of my uncle's face before with a pair of finger nail clippers.. It didn't work too well! Now I always travel with the proper emergency "equiptment"!

I'll give you a shout when we're getting ready to head north.

If you fish with Gonfishn you will need metal pants and a kevlar helmet. Be real careful because he casts left handed.
