Cabrio 330 Cabin - What's up with the stereo and TV boxes? Can I remove & replace?

I'm buying my first 2008 Cabrio 330 in the next few days, but the box/tv system in the fwd bed looks dated and frankly "clunky". Does anyone know if this removes and what's behind it? Assuming I'd need to re-apholster or even hand a flat screen? And, is the stereo next to the bed the only one? I've only seen the photos online. It seems like an amazing awkward place for the whole stereo system for the boat? Thanks for any responses - James

I am sure you can remove the tv and speakers. pretty straightforward actually. In fact, behind them should be an access panel to the bow of your boat where an anchor well might be.

The grills on the speakers should simply pull off and there are probably screws that hold them on.

Your TV probably has a mount similar to this one:

Thanks so much for the detailed response. I guess I'll just do a little project and see what happens. :)
I was hoping to find something simple like a "plug" so that if I did have a new flatscreen that I could hang in its place, that I wouldn't have to fish wires everywhere. Either way, I'm going to have some fun modifying & updating it. Thanks! James
