We are looking at buying a 1993 & 1996 Sea-Doos XP's with a double trailer. Owners are asking $4200. Through my online research they look to be going for around $3800. Any thoughts? Owners claim low hours. Any other issues/concerns with these PWC?

Thanks for your help.

I looked at both sites. nada was about #4100, Kelly was $3700.
Are these pretty good skis? We have never owned one. We do see alot of XP's on the lake by our cottage.

IMHO I think depending on how you want to ride, I think around that year of ski you might be happier with a couple of three seaters. They are alot easier to ride and more stable.

I dont know about the 93 but I have had a couple of 96 XP's and they are like rockets. If you like small, and speed then buy it. I wouldnt recommend riding 2 people as they are small and a little unstable with 2 people. With 110 hp in something that small they are alot of fun. I dont think I would pay that much for a 96 though. I bought mine with a trailer for $3500.

Low hours on a 10-year old jetski may not be a good thing. This probably means they say around for a long period. Not to discourage you, but just something to consider.
