buying my first pontoon boat

Im going to look at a boat saturday and I have seen alot of pictures and have a few worrys. It looks like it may need new floors and seat coushions. Im wondering how much all this would cost. I can do my own work, its not my first boat just my first pontoon.

I'm not sure unless I was there the plywood isn't too expensive the carpet isn't bad either but the furniture can run a bit depends on if you buy new or not the most expensive thing you need to check is the outboard make sure it's good and the rest won't be too bad

Just went thru the same thing-
As far as exspense that really depends on what you are willing & able to do yourself & what you really want to end up with
Need to know exacty what your starting with & what you want for the finished project

I built my own furniture using PT wood and a decent quality marine grade vinyl. It is nice but kind of heavy.I spent almost 1000 (not including captains stand) and I reused most of the foam from the old seats. You can get a carpet kit from bass pro for about 200 that covers 8ft x 21 ft. Hope this helps.

Ok I checked the prices I just need to try to find some vynel that closeley maches what it has and repair 2 of the cousions And the rest dosnt look to bad for price. Thanks for the help guys.
