Is this carpet for the bunks, or carpet for the inside of the boat?

Re: buying carpet

If it's carpet for the sole of the boat, outdoor carpet IS NOT marine carpet. Marine carpet has been treated with algecides and comes with a soft rubber backing (not the hard rubber like the back of indoor/outdoor).

If you want a nice piece of carpet for your boat, try:

www.snapincarpet.com

I'm an upholsterer and they are the only company I use for marine carpet. Fast turn-around and the work has always been outstanding.
