when you buy a new prop, does it come with all necessary spacers, prop nut etc? i have a motor lined up but it doesn't have a propellor.

Not unless is specifically says so. My experience is when you buy a prop, you just get a prop. If it is a hub system prop, then you will only get the prop housing, and the hub is extra, unless it specifically lists two part numbers - the prop housing and the hub. When in doubt, call them!

Mark

Re: buying a new prop

When I bought my Hustler prop kit (currently on sale here at iboats.com ;) ;) ) it came with all the neccesary pieces. When I went to the checkout page it had two part #s listed. I like the Hustler design because you can easily and quickly change the prop housing and can buy a spare or differnt pitch for around $30-40 while they are still on sale.
Good Luck

The hub I bought came with a bushing and spiderwasher but no new prop nut.
