I am looking at buying a 1991 sea sprite 19' with a 4.3 ltr engine. Its condition is not the best. Seat covers splitting at the seams, needs a new prop, engine doesn,t idle well without help, tilt is sticky, needs some tlc. Owner wants $4500. Is this a fair price.
