bunks on trailer

I just boat a boat w/trailer in Jan. My boat is a 15ft. trihull. I had to take it off and rienforce a the hulls do to the previous owner beaching it. I noticed that deep marks where along the bottom. Apparently the bunks do not pivot to where they will lay smoothly on the sides of the boat. Is there any way to make the bunks pivot. Thanks for any help.
