bunk weight capacity

I have a 19' Bayliner Trophy. It is about 2600 lbs. I just recently replaced all the rusted bolts on my Escort trailer with galvanized bolts and was also going to replace the bunk brackets until I couldn't find the parts anywhere. So I was forced to go with a new bracketing system which eliminated the main rear bracket which is about 20" long and seemed to provide more support towards the rear of the bunk than my system now (which has totally eliminated this bracket). The bunks are 2x6's and I am wondering now if I should have went with 4x4's instead now that that extra bracket is gone. The bunks don't appear to be bending any, however the bunks are nearly new peices of wood. What do you guys think?

2 x 6's are very strong. Most trailers come with 2 x 4's. If they are not bending, I would not worry about it.

Same applies. If they are not bending I would not worry. How much overhang do you have?
