What is the best way to get the bubbles in my hull out? Boat was in the water for about a year got a lot of bubbles in my hull. Also if it has a lot of bubbles is the hull still good.

Sounds like gel coat bubbles. They don't mean that the hull is damaged but it usually means there is water on the fiberglass. Pictures and the age of the boat would help a lot.

If its what I think it is,,,, its called osmotic blistering. Won't damage the hull in the short term but will need to be repaired. They need to be ground out and recoated with gelcoat. It can be a big job and very expensive if you have a marine shop do it. Do it yourself, not to expensive but a lot of work to do it right.

Hull is soft near the blistered areas? What kind of boat? Is this a cored hull?
