my bravo one outdrive won’t go down I changed the sloinds on the trim pump and it’ll run for up, not run for down. pump will power on up but it won’t power on down I jumped across the wire going to switches on the outdrive drive and it still made no difference, pump will not run to lower the outdrive. Any advice? should i pull the pump and try jumping the down solenoid?

Most likely the trim switch in the handle is not working or the wire connecting the switch to the relay. The Green/White wire is what to check

Jump the 2 large lugs on the solenoid, green for down, blue for up .
Motor should run in both directions. Then take a jumper from the + battery and touch the small green and blue wires in the solenoid, motor should run in both directions,
Solenoids and motor are good.

Thank You and everyone here, so the trim motor is reversible and that is what i needed to know. After testing most of everything I do believe today i will find that my trim motor is only running one way, up. If that is what i find as i have replaced the solenoid's, is the trim motor rebuildable? and/or can you replace just the motor if it can’t be rebuilt?
Thanks All!

It is rebuildable but if it runs in one direction it will run in the other. You have a electrical switch/solenoid/connection issue
