Brother-in-law hit an equipment trailer on motorcycle!-update R.I.P. Robert McConnell

We got the call at 1:30am this morning that the brother inlaw was airlifted to Vancouver general hospital from Hazelton BC after T boning an equipment trailer making a left turn, he went over, the bike went under and was dragged a half block or so.
Heart, brain, broken bones everywhere and in induced coma.

OUCH!!!!

Not a big religious type, but this guy needs some prayers, big time!

I`ll say one for him now. Hope he improves .
My friend had a few too many drinks on Christmas eve and fell down a flight of stairs and cracked his skull....he was in a coma for 3 weeks and we had no hope for him ....his wife decided to unhook the life support and low and behold he breathed on his own ...after 3 more weeks he revived out of the coma....he can now walk with a walker and can talk ok but is blind...we had given up all hope! but there is always hope .....GOD Bless !!!

well, I am driving the wife to her brothers place and they are driving down to vancouver.

My brother had something happen to him like fisherguys friend. If he makes it he will not be the same person and the road to recovery will be a long one. My hart goes out to your wife and her family. If you need to know more about my brother and his recovery and what to expect PM me.

I have to warn you if you go to see him in the ICU. It will change you for ever.

Prayers for Brother in law and family. I understand the feeling, 1 year ago tomorrow lost a grandson to motorcycle accident. I do certainly hope the outcome is good for you and yours.

Well just got the update and to make this as easy as possible for me and you is to say the only thing not broken is his left leg.


I better get my black suit out.
