Broken Water Pump on 115 Mercury

I need help with a broken water pump on my 115 Mercury outboard. I was out in my deck boat on Sat. and just happened to check the engine while riding and noticed no water coming out. I have to assume the water pump is broken. Can anyone tell me where it is located? In the foot? Where can I get a schematic. I am pretty handy at fixing my car and other mechanical things, so don't see this as an obstacle. The engine is a 1993. Thanks for the help.<br />Jamie

Welcome to iboats. Sounds like ya need an impeller. Not a big or costly job. If ya get a manual it's all in there. Also you'd be better served posting in the out board section...fear not one of the ever vigilant moderators will move this thd there for ya. Good luck.
