Broken bolts in L U

Hi everyone,
I snaped the hiden bolt in the lower unit, (the one in the snout).
Can I run the engine, or will the viberation be too much for it to handle.
as always thanks for the input.... Spin.
(Btw This is until I re-tap ..... all my drillbits are junk)
This is a 125 Force 1985.

You can try it, IF the snout is still in place.

Without the snout, the exhaust will go into the prop, and ventilate.
