I wanted to hear what others consider "Bristol" means to them when talking about boats. I ask as many sellers seem to toss the word out far to often.

*To me*, when someone tells me they have their boat in Bristol condition I expect to the boat to be as near perfect as the owner can make it. Your opinions?

It generally means I am talking to someone that I will not be buying a boat from.

It's also generaly used by someone who think his old boat worth almost the same as a new one.
