bristol corsair 24'

Looking to purchase a "77" bristol corsair 24'. Owner said it has some deck damage that requires some fiberglass work. He said it may be a balsa core. I thought these were all made with solid fiberglass hull and decks? Anyone have any input?

I don't know this particular boat type, but if the owner says the deck is rotted, whether it's plywood, or balsa core, this is a major job. Unless you're very experienced with epoxy work, or have access to someone who is, and enough money to throw at it, best leave this one alone.

This is very dirty, labor intensive work.
