Break in period over...now what??

We have been through about 120 gallons of 25:1 mixed fuel, and maybe 20 hours of varying the throttle, at high and low rpm's. This is a rebuilt 200 carbed Merc. What should i do now? Check the impellar? Change the lower unit oil? Fuel pump? I feel like there is something i should do. Also, should or can i run 25:1 or say 35:1 mixture as i feel real comfortable with 'extra lube'. Is there a bad side of doing this besides extra smoke and maybe new plugs more often? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated..!

Follow the manual, this will not void your warranty. Sounds like the break-in is over and it's time to rock.
