Bravo3 raw water impeller

Does anyone know what the Merc and Sierra part numbers are for the raw water pump on a Bravo3? Are all of the impellers the same? I want to keep an extra one on the boat. Should I get the kit or just the impeller?

Depends on the engine, not the drive when you geta Bravo pump. There have been three different Bravo raw water pumps that I know of. Best bet is too look it up based on your engine serial number. I think your engine needs: 862232A2, but I am not sure.

Here's a little screen capture of what I found where the impeller itself for the plastic bodies is the same but the brass style is a different part # and mentions about having a block drain.

My year 2000 is the single piece plastic and I bought the whole kit the first time 2 times I did the annual service but this coming maintenance I'll probably jus replace the impeller if the plate and oring look ok when I take it apart.

Using these part numbers you can search IBOATS for the Sierra equal.
