bravo I power trim indicator out of whack??

I recently rebuilt the trim pistons on my bravoI. Ever since the repair the gauge for the trim positioning isn't accurate. Where is the switch/sensor located? Is there some adjustment I've overlooked. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Look at the picture below. Item #6 on the right side is the trim gage sender. The left #6 is the trim limit. Loosen the screws on the trim sender with the drive all the way down and adjust.<br /><br />My bet is the wires are bad. Look up in the gimble housing with the drive pushed to one side. I bet you find the insolation on the wires bad.<br />
