Bravo 3 gear lube leak

I own a Sea Ray with a 350 mag and a Bravo 3 drive. Late in the summer I started noticing lube leaking from behind the props, I figured it was prop shaft seals. when I drained the lower unit there was some water, and milky oil. The boat is an 04. I pulled the props, and it appears the lube is leaking from the slotted area, which I am guessing is the exhaust ports. I split the case, and I do not see any lube in the port that comes from the upper unit. Thoughts on this?

There is a small hole in the center of the drive and it uses an o-ring to seal next to the exhaust port. This pic is showing the differences in years on the housing, but just note where the o-ring and oil port is.

If its not leaking at the prop shafts my next thought would be the shift shaft seal.

Remove the back cover (item 32 above pic) and if you find lube in the lower slot, then most likely its the seals pointed out in the yellow arrows.
