Bravo 3 Gear Lube Leak

I have an '03 5.7L 350 Mag with Bravo 3 (Sterndrive Ser# OM151512). I've confirmed a crack in the gear lube hose, starboard side, just outboard of the bellows, directly above the shift cable bellows. I can flex the hose and visibly see the crack and lube leaking out. Lube condition still looks good.

Guidance please in the replacement of this hose? Generally speaking, is this also a reasonable sign that additional seals/hoses/bellows are due?
