Bravo 1 leak

I recently removed my Bravo 1 outdrive to store it for the winter. When I seperated the unit from the boat, I noticed milky white oil leaking from the outdrive where the shift cable connects. The o-ring around the shift cable connection was new this year. Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks

Right above that is where the fitting for the reservoir bottle sticks out. You sure it's not leaking from there?
Regardless, milky white oil leaking is a bad thing.
