Brand new larson 2009 with volvo penta 5.7

I have a brand new 2009 larson lxi 238. with a volvo penta 5.7 fuel injected gas engine. It has zero hours on it. I put it in the water. Fires up, only when pumping the throttle 75 for 100 percent forward. will not idle. or stay at constact rpm. I have replaced the IAC, MAP, TP, KPT, CMP SENSORS. Has 50 liters of good fuel in tank. Fuel pressure reads @ 55psi. can anyone help me out?
