As you know you can't posiblly put more pressure on Tohatsu carbs when adjusting bowl's base against upper carb body to seal more internal rubber o'ring as this adjustment is fixed. Been finding a layer of fuel apparently under carb or fuel filter. Will need to determine which by placing paper towels under them and checking which one gets wet. The unsual thing is that has no odor, it's near plain clean 2 strokes oil.

Was wonderingwhat's the life time of his large o'ring when dealing with E fuels, 630 worked hours should be more than enough to go bad. LOL!! Probably it's already softened and leaking fuel....

This 18 is playing me tricks, before outing primmed the fuel bulb to rock hard cond to check if there were leaks under carb and fuel filter as well, none. Went for an hour cruise at speed, when returned both paper towels were bone dry.

Will see what happens after week end is over. Will be useless and counterproductive to change o'rings for new ones if having 0 leaks just for the sake of changing them.
