Bow/Hull access 2002 Tracker Tahoe Q3

I need to replace the fuel vent on the bow of my tracker tahoe. The clamshell cover broke off somehow. I can't figure out how to gain access into the hull where the fuel line is. Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the interior in that area. Other than that you may have to put a deck plate in the area that fits a 6” hole you may have to drill.
