I make my own boat covers of heavy grade vinyl. Check your yellow pages for "discount" fabric outlets. You can often buy heavy vinyl very reasonably. Using upholstery thread and any good quality sewing maching, you can make very nice fitting covers. You can buy the snaps at fabric stores as well or at FAST SNAP corporation online. Measuring the space you want to cover and making the pattern is the most difficult part but if you are creative, have at it.
