1999 135 Bluewater looks great yet except that the bottom pivot yoke is falling apart. Looks to be made of cast iron or something with regular shop bolts that look to be so rusted together they will almost certainly need to be cut off.<br /><br />Should I bite the bullet and replace now or just let it ride until i need to take off the lower unit for something else?. i don't think it's a safety issue. why in the world would merc put such a cheap piece on such a nice motor?
