BOB...Wheres the sending unit at

Got the cleanin part, but where is the sending unit at? Is it on the lower unit or is that something in the engine compartment. <br /><br />I have seen two dials on the port and starboard side of the lower unit that have phillips head screws that can be loosened and the dial can be adjusted..these and the word trim on them....is this what I am looking for?...or is the sending unit something else. Once I figure out what the sending unit is I will be able to lay the WD to it?<br /><br />brian
