Boating in Northern Illinois

Hello, <br /><br />We own an 18' bowrider with a I/O. This is our second boating season and we have spent most of our time boating on the Chain Of Lakes in Illinois. We are looking for other places to go boating in Northern Illinois, such as the Rock River. I have spent hours on the internet looking for places to go but do not seem to be able to find a listing of where to go.<br /><br />Does anyone have any good ideas?<br /><br />Thanks
