I'm assuming your compression numbers were obtained after these symptoms started, and that by "good spark", you mean it jumps a 7/16" gap on an inline tester, also after your symptoms.
Any other symptoms? Cold start, warm start, idles ok?
Is the tank vent open and clear?
Fuel line holding pressure?
Are the carbs spitting up fuel? Hold an index card close to the carb throats at idle; if it gets wet (I don't mean just the occasional fine droplet, I mean really getting wet), you'll need to pull the reeds for inspection.
Is the timer base moving smoothly to its stop without sticking when you throttle up?
If all of the above checks out ok, it's time to clean the carbs.
