Boat will not plain fast

I bought a azure 200 and it has a 5.0 multiport merc. It has a duel prop bravo 3. But.. I couldn't get it to plain as I filled it with 35g of gas. I go to give it gas and it only pegs at 3k rpms and won't plain until I get some more people to the front. Any ideas? I do lower the trim all the way down before I give gas.. once the boat actually starts to drop the front end it then begins to pick up speed and rpms go up. But wouldn't the motor Rev more then 3k rpms even though it isn't totally planning.
Any suggestions? Tips or tricks

^^^^ what they asked.

sounds like you had a "boat load of people" in the stern

I had 3 in the front. And 3 in the back.. took awhile for it to plain.. then we set sail again. Had 4 in the back and 1 up front. Had to have to more go up to get it down.. plus when we set sail the second time I was going against a 30 mile wind. I didn't think these would be factors.

How many RPMs do you get once it planes out at WOT?
Once it sits down it goes up to 5.5rpm or so. Gains speed. I also noticed on my cylinders for the drive there is a limiter that doesn't alow the drive to drop all the way. Would removing this making the drive drop more help me? Its about a 2" ring that I bolted to the end of one cylinder.

Without a picture, it almost sounds like you're referring to the sacrificial anode on the trim cylinder. I wouldn't remove that.

Any chance you can post a pic of the trim cylinder??

Actually your 100% right. That's what it is..
Plus I had 40g of gas in it. That's a **** ton of weight. Might just have to have people up front till it plains. But I feel like it should Rev more than 3k even unplanned to give it power to pick it up out of the water. But idk I'll post a pic. Like I said once it plains it picks up rpms and gains speed nicely. I can peg the throttle and it it doesn't get above 3k rpm, Once it plains I let back on the throttle because if I don't it just starts flying. Haha.

those are anodes to keep corrosion at bay.

My guess, with everyone sitting in back, you were too butt heavy for the boat to get out of the hole

It's normal for it not to get to full rev's like yours is while trying to get up on plane.
It doesn't have a transmission like a car.
It always starts out in high gear so to speak.

You might try installing smart tabs or hydraulic tabs.
They would get you up on plane quicker perhaps without the need to move people around.

Yes.. I just bought some Bennet self leveling Trim Tabs. 10" recommended. Super good reviews and would help me anyway.. This way I can pull my son at lower speeds on the tube without having to pin it super fast just to keep up.

You need new props. Ones that are suited for the passenger load you need to have. Your boat should literally jump out of the water, and it certainly be made to do just that.

I just bought some trim tabs.. easy enough.. rather spend 100 bucks on tabs to do the job I need then 800 1000 on props.
