If your seals are good and with the bearing buddies regular wheel bearing grease should be just fine.
I have been using the Valvoline Synthetic bearing grease and really like it.

Our newer Shorelandr' trailer came with Bearing Buddies, and the BB manual says to use standard #2 grease (whatever that is!).

I have a rumble in one wheel bearing. Bought a new bearing and seal, and picked up a few tubes of grease[about $2.59 each]. Right next to those tubes, were tubs of marine grease.[about a quart] -$3.59 - so,why not??
