Hello All, Looking at a 2019 Grady White Gulfstream 232 right now . Boat has many options including , Helm master joystick, Shore power, Electric head, Raymarine electronics with rader, Extra cushions and white painted hardtop frame, outriggers, Pair of Yamaha 200"s . Low Hours ( 142 ) very clean and rarely fished ! My Question is What did This boat cost brand new back in 2019 at the dealer (approximately) Right now they cost about 235 new, Current asking price is 160. Thanks For any and all opinions and input on this.

Welcome
From what I find the original MSRP was about 150K, and most sold for about 130K new in 2019. Looks like they hold their value more then most

The price of new boats going up tends to 'lift' the prices of older boats to some extent. however . . . $160K seems pricey.

I see one of the boats (2019 model year) in CT for $169, but then there are a couple in the southern states for around $120K. Engine hours has a bit to do with value, and often boats in warm weather areas get more use per year, so that tends to drag the realistic price down a bit.

The challenge would be . . . if you wanted the one that is listed for $160K . . . how would you get the seller to accept much less than asking price?

Respectfully tell the seller what the new 2019 sold for and the listed used prices or better sold prices for similar boats even out of state. Also what is the bank value used and other sources for used values.
That gives you and the seller a baseline for pricing.
He can counter with more information and details.
Boat sales appear to be slow. Some boats I have watched have been for sale for over a year, have had significant price reductions and are still for sale.
It’s January long ways to July good time to buy in the North.
