Im looking to buy a 17-21' Dual Console.
I have come across a few Sea Hunt Escape models and am wondering about pricing.
I have checked NADA and there is no option to select what motor is with the boat (2006 Sea Hunt Escape 186 Yamaha F115). Do I need to add the NADA boat value($8,920) to the NADA motor value($5,370) to total ($14290) ? or does the NADA boat value include boat, motor and trailer?

These are the advertisements I have found:

2000 Sea Hunt Escape 200 Johnson 150hp 2-stroke - $8900 - signs of wear
2000 Sea Hunt Escape 200

2005 Sea Hunt 175 Escape Yamaha 90hp 4-stroke - $10300 - Good condition
2005 Sea Hunt 175 Escape

2006 Sea Hunt Escape 186 Yamaha 115 4-stroke- $12900 - Excellent condition
2006 Sea Hunt Escape 186

Inputs on prices, quality of boat and comparable models greatly appreciated!
I'm looking for a clean fuel efficient boat that I don't have to sink tons of money into to look nice and perform with excellent reliability.

As you're looking for a "fuel efficient" boat, I'd forgot the 1st with the 150 Ocean Pro. Reliabe but not fuel efficient by any mean.

The 2 others are similar, the last being a bit bigger with more power, and priced accordingly.

Usually, there are some manufacturer and/or model notes which tell you if the outboard motor or trailer is included in the value estimate. However, there do not seem to be any notes on the Sea Hunt listings. The only clue is that an engine HP is not listed, so it is a fair assumption that you need to look up the engine value and add that in. Prolly, same with the trailer.

the best way to know the value is to look at ads in your region.

I have a 2003 sea hunt and love it. good durable well-designed boats at the mid-level. Focus on the condition of the motor; the hull is fine. They also sell them well matched for the motor HP.

There is a good seahunt owner's forum seahuntownersgroup.yuku.com

More later--going boating for 3 days!

Keep in mind that boats generally sell from the bottom of the asking price range, as asking price ranges for same/similar boats can vary widely. You still want to cross-check asking prices against other value references.
