Boat - Maximum Horsepower?

I have an Anchor Industries (Winnipeg, Canada) boat with an imprint of 4478 on the metal by the motor.<br /><br />There is nothing that shows the maximum horsepower. Can anyone tell me what it would be?<br /><br />The boat is a 14' front steering, fibreglass boat, 4 seats.

Probably around 50 - 75

If you can't find the information, here is a link to the U.S. Dept of transportation / U.S. Coast Guard safty standards... There is a formula on the link in which you can figure your maximun HP by taking some measurements from your boat... Does it looke like this?<br /><br />Mine is rated for 55hp max, but I have 80hp Merc on it.<br /><br />
