If you've used a bookmark to get to the forum, try updating/replacing your bookmark. I had been using my old bookmark to return to the forums, and when I would get to the boards I wouldn't have the manufacturer's lists down at the bottom. (URL was something like forums.iboats.com/~php.forum - can't remember exactly). But if I clicked the "FORUM" button just under the logo at the top of the page, the refreshed page would have the manufacturers lists.
Deleted my old bookmark and make a new one and now I always have 'em at the bottom.
