I don't know if this has been posted before. I just stumbled upon it as I was about to design one of these. Seemed like a good thing to share with the board.
You'll want to customize it, probably a lot, but it's a good start that may help save you some time.
open up Works, then go to Templates, then to Home & Money, then to Chores & Errand Lists, then the first template is Boat Maintenance.
