Hi folks. Today, as I was on my way to Pensacola to pick up a truck I passed an odd sight. There was a boat, about 26 or so feet long sitting in the median. Near by was the tow vehicle with empty trailer attatched. This was a real nice boat with a T-top, large cuddy cabin, fairly new looking transom extension, and a brand spanking new Merc (big, like a 250 or so Hp outboard)laying in grass with it's cowling torn half off. The owner did not look at all happy about the situation, nor did the hwy patrol officer; but the tow truck guys seemed at least a little amused, possibly perplexed, at the whole thing. At least no one was injured, and hull was in remarably good shaped considering the speed they must have been traveling when the boat and trailer parted company. One of the tow trucks was the huge type used to tow tracktor trailers- and those cost $500 minimum. Hope everything works out for them. Cheers and God bless.<br />SoulWinner
